The basic dumpling dough recipe I am going to share today is very simple and easy to make. You can make it within a few minutes and do not have to wait for hours.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup boiled water
- A pinch of salt
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 5 minutes
Total: 15 minutes
Servings: 30-40 dumplings
Directions:
- Put flour into a bowl and add a pinch of salt
- Make a well in the centre.
- Slowly add boiled water into the bowl while stirring with a spoon.
- Once the water has cooled enough, knead the dough with hands about 6 to 8 minutes, mixed until smoothen.
- Make medium sized balls from the dough.
