Easy Dumpling Dough

The basic dumpling dough recipe I am going to share today is very simple and easy to make. You can make it within a few minutes and do not have to wait for hours.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup boiled water
  • A pinch of salt

Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 5 minutes
Total: 15 minutes
Servings: 30-40 dumplings

Directions:

  1. Put flour into a bowl and add a pinch of salt
  2. Make a well in the centre.
  3. Slowly add boiled water into the bowl while stirring with a spoon.
  4. Once the water has cooled enough, knead the dough with hands about 6 to 8 minutes, mixed until smoothen.
  5. Make medium sized balls from the dough.
